The New Albany Fire Department has 16 full-time firefighters and eight volunteer firefighters. The department has two pumper trucks, one ladder truck, one stand by truck, one rescue vehicle and one hazmat trailer and truck. The department serves the city limits of New Albany (18.3 square miles)from two stations.
